INDIANAPOLIS & MINNEAPOLIS, Aug 06, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ) and Spanlink Communications have signed a nationwide reseller agreement. The "Elite Partner" agreement authorizes Spanlink to sell, deploy and support Interactive Intelligence unified IP business communications solutions.
Based in Minneapolis, Minn. with sales teams across the United States, Spanlink is a full-service provider of contact center and unified communications solutions that leverage VoIP technology. Spanlink has more than 20 years of business communications and customer interaction solutions experience, and a rich history in transforming enterprise and contact center communications to deliver substantial business results.
